Care isn't a service. It's a standard.

Our mission is improving the quality of life for the people we support — vulnerable adults and children who deserve care delivered to an exceptionally high standard.

Every professional we place is vetted to protect the people who rely on them. Every person we support is treated as exactly that — a person, not a case number.

Who we are

Pluto BV Ltd recruits temporary and permanent social care professionals for the public and private sectors, and supplies them to local authorities, the NHS and private residential homes. Alongside that recruitment work, we provide care support directly to individuals and families who want to stay independent at home. Every person we place — whether into an organisation's team or into someone's home — is vetted first, because the people relying on them are often vulnerable adults and children.

Our role
Organisations & families Pluto BV Ltd Vetted care professionals People receiving care

We sit between the people who need care or staffing and the professionals who can provide it — recruiting, vetting and placing, then staying involved once a placement begins rather than stepping away.

How we work

From requirement to placement — and beyond.

01

Understand

We take time to understand the requirement — whether that's an organisation's staffing gap or a person's care needs at home.

02

Source

We identify care professionals with the right experience for the setting and discipline involved.

03

Vet

Every professional undergoes vetting and screening, including DBS-related checks and UK Right to Work verification.

04

Match

We match the professional to the requirement — temporary or permanent, and to the sector involved.

05

Support

A dedicated account manager stays involved once a placement begins, available around the clock.

06

Review

We keep track of how a placement is going, using client feedback and management information to keep it working.
